In a thrilling final of the 2024/2025 Bangkok Cricket League Premier Division held on February 22, 2025, the Bangkok Blues Cricket Club clinched the title with a six-wicket victory over the Southerners Cricket Club. The match, played at TCG venue, showcased exceptional performances from both sides. Southerners Cricket Club Innings: Batting first, the Southerners amassed a total of 254 runs before being bowled out in 49 overs. The highlight of their innings was a stellar century by Daniel Jacobs, who scored 117 runs off 139 balls, including seven boundaries and six sixes, anchoring the team’s innings. Contributions also came from Chanchai Pengkumta (34 runs off 66 balls) and a brisk 40 runs off 26 balls by Hardik Rathod. The Bangkok Blues’ bowling attack was led by Jandre Coetzee, who delivered an economical spell, taking 2 wickets for 32 runs in his 8 overs. Mohnish Devadiga and Mayur Parmar also chipped in with two wickets each, while Mukesh Thakur and Vichanath Singh claimed one wicket apiece.
